Returns & Refund Policy

HyperModels is a 100% digital product: access is delivered immediately after purchase and nothing physical is shipped.

We have a simple and transparent refund policy: you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, for any reason and without justification.

To request a refund, contact us at hello@hypermodels.io from the email you used for your purchase. Once the refund is issued, access to the members area will be revoked.

Refunds

You will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund.
